Why use a Flat Fee FSBO MLS Listing
Typically, a traditional listing broker charges you 6% of the sales price of your home to sell it. 3% of this fee goes to the buyers agents and the listing realtor keeps the other 3%. The majority of the work that the listing agent performs is listing your home in MLS, answering questions from other agents and presenting you with any offers that come in.
With our flat fee listing you get exposure in your local MLS system and several other websites, plus we will receive any offers you receive and go over them with you all for one flat fee.
Many home buyers are now doing their searching online and then contacting the listing agent to see the home, then the agent gets all 6% if they sell the house or 3% of another house if they don't buy the first house. What's different with us is that when a buyer contacts us about your house we concect them with you to see if your home is a fit. If they have a realtor already then we'll get that agent in contact with you to show your home to their buyers.
If you sell your home as a For Sale By Owner you don't pay any more money. If a 'buyers agent' brings you a buyer you do pay them their commission (usually 3%) at closing. This allows you to save thousands when you sell your home. See Examples of Savings Here
