    This section includes documents that are required for listing your home. If you have any questions about filling these out, contact our office.

    Single Family Home listing agreement. Use this if you are selling a 1-4 unit residential home.

    Farm and Ranch listing agreement. Use this if you are selling a farm or ranch.

    Sellers Disclosure This is required for all listings. Just fill it out as honestly as possible.

    Information about Brokerage Services. This is an informational page providing you information about brokerage services in the State of Texas.

    MLS Listing Information Form This form provides us with the information we need to enter your home in MLS. We need the sections titled MLS Information, Description and Room dimensions, Remarks / directions, Interior / Exterior / Utilities and other info, and the Financial information sections filled out the the best of your ability.


    Other documents

    These documents are required if they apply to you.

    Amendment to ListingUse this form to make any changes in your listing (price, terms, comments, etc...)

    Lead Based Paint disclosure Again, this is required if your home is built prior to 1978.

    Notice for homes in a water district Use this form if your home lies within a water district.

    Required HOA Membership Disclosure This form is to inform buyers that membership in your local HOA is required.

    Documents to sell you home



    Us these forms with your buyer if they do not have their own agent. If they do their agent will use the proper forms and get them to us and we'll forward them to you.

    Contract to sell 1-4 family home This is the sales agreement for your home.

    Transfer of Non Realty Items Use this to list any items that you have negotiated with the buyer that are not typically included in a Real Estate transaction (things like furniture, artwork, etc...)

    Buyers Walk-thru and acceptance This helps protect you after closing from buyers saying they didn't get a final inspection and you broke something moving out.
