- Select a listing plan from our FSBO Flat Fee MLS Listing Programs
- Next select any other items you may want for your listing from our add-on features (you can always add them later too).
- After submitting payment you will be directed to our Documents page.
- Once you have downloaded all of the appropriate forms, fill them out, sign them and fax them back to us at 1-832-550-2219
- All items you've ordered will be shipped to you within 24-48 hours of us reiving your order.
- Email all of your photos to Photos@FlatFeeTexasMLS.com
- Once we've received all your documentation back we'll get your home listing within 48 hours and email you a copy of your listing.
If you've ordered other items such as Professional Recordings or open houses, we will contact you with details on how to get these set up.
