    • Almost all of the local realtors in your area are members of MLS and use it to find ALL of the homes they show their buyers.
    • Many realtors set up searches in MLS for things they are looking for so when a new home is entered into MLS the listing is emailed to them first thing the next morning.
    • Realtors also set up MLS Searches for their clients and emails THEM the listing in the morning so they can get your listing the day after it's entered.
