- Almost all of the local realtors in your area are members of MLS and use it to find ALL of the homes they show
their buyers.
- Many realtors set up searches in MLS for things they are looking for so when a new home is entered into MLS the listing
is emailed to them first thing the next morning.
- Realtors also set up MLS Searches for their clients and emails THEM the listing in the morning so they can get your
listing the day after it's entered.
- The National Association of Realtors has estimated that as many as 80% of all homes are sold via MLS searches.
- Most all MLS systems are now accessible via the internet by individual consumers and they can search for homes
on MLS themselves. They then ususally contact the listing broker (us in your case) and we would forward your contact
information to them directly.
