    Yes. All of your local participating MLS Realtors belong to their local association of Realtors, this gives them access to their MLS system. We belong to the same Realtor assoscations as they do so we can get your MLS Listing in front of all your local agents.

    Can we get our listing on the Web Sites of other local Real Estate Companies?

    Absolutley, We give brokers permission to share our listings on their web sites. Your listing will be displayed on other local real estate companies and agents personal web sites.
    This way a buyer working with another real estate company who searches using their website will have your listing available to them.

    If I find my own buyer, will I still have to pay a commission?

    No. You have the right to sell your home as a For Sale By Owner. If you find your own buyer, you will not be obligated to pay any more money that you have invested in your Flat Fee MLS Listing.

    Will Realtors show my home even though I didn't pay a high commission?

    Yes. There is no way for anyone to know how much you paid to get on the MLS. Regardless of what you pay, your listing will look no different from any other listing in form and style.

    Who will be contacted to arrange showings?

    You. Realtor's will call before a showing or performing a preview of your home.

    How long is my home listed on the MLS?

    It varies based on which listing program you choos, but can be up to 12 months, but extendable if you need it to be.

    Do I have to have a lockbox?

    No, but Realtors depend on easy access to show your home. Realtors show several homes within a few hours time, easy access to your home may make a difference between getting a showing or not. Therefore We strongly recommend a lockbox.

    How do I make changes to my listing?

    You may make changes to your listing by contacting us, we will make the change and then the changes will be pushed out to the internet. However, the method with which changes are made means that it may take some time for all websites to show your change.

    Will my listing look the same as a traditional listing from a full commissions agent?

    Yes. Your listing will look like every the other listing in MLS.
