The FSBO Flat Fee MLS Listing Service is a service
offering of EAK Realty located in South East Houston. We are a small
family run business with over 20 combined years in real estate and over 40
years in the education system in Texas. We have experience with all
aspects of the home sales business from buying, selling, mortgages,
etc... We have experience with all types of sales transactions
ranging from normal deals to forclosures to short sales. If you need
